当代高校隐性思想政治教育的价值及实现途径研究

【摘要】：当代经济全球化、政治多极化、思想多元化和网络信息化迅猛发展，我国改革开放不断推向深入，，人们的生活方式、价值观、道德观发生了变化。传统的显性思想政治教育在很多方面面临着严峻的考验。作为与显性思想政治教育相对应的一种全新的教育方式，隐性思想政治教育在高校思想政治教育中具有重要的价值。隐性思想政治教育具有潜隐性、暗示性、渗透性、间接性、主体性、自主性、开放性、超时空性、独特性、持久性等，在现实生活中它日益凸显出特殊优势来。隐性教育不能代替显性教育，但却是成为显性思想政治教育的有益补充。本文着重对隐性思想政治教育的理想价值、个人价值、社会价值、认同价值、情感价值、动力价值进行研究。通过价值研究试图从建立师生间无障碍的情感沟通；实现个体自我教育到朋辈教育的拓展；提高教育者的隐性思想教育艺术；优化隐性思想政治教育工作的载体等方面探索实现隐性思想政治教育价值的有效途径。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of contemporary economic globalization, political multipolarization, ideological diversification and network informatization, China's reform and opening up has been deepened, and people's way of life, values and morality have changed. Traditional explicit ideological and political education is facing severe tests in many aspects. As a new way of education corresponding to explicit ideological and political education, implicit ideological and political education is of great value in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Implicit ideological and political education has hidden, implied, permeable, indirect, subjectivity, autonomy, openness, timeout emptiness, uniqueness, persistence and so on, which increasingly highlights special advantages in real life. Implicit education can not replace explicit education, but it has become a useful supplement to explicit ideological and political education. This paper focuses on the ideal value, personal value, social value, identity value, emotional value and dynamic value of implicit ideological and political education. Through the value research, this paper attempts to explore the effective ways to realize the value of implicit ideological and political education from the aspects of establishing barrier-free emotional communication between teachers and students, realizing the expansion of individual self-education to peer education, improving the art of hidden ideological and political education of educators, and optimizing the carrier of hidden ideological and political education.
