民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体运用研究

【摘要】：马克思主义历来重视通过实践活动对人们进行思想政治教育。利用活动载体对大学生进行教育也是大学生思想政治教育的优良传统。20世纪90年代民办高校在我国出现后,社会各界和民办高校自身都非常重视大学生的思想政治教育,并注重结合民办高校的具体实际,特别是各民办高校非常重视通过运用各种活动对大学生进行思想政治教育,在此过程中积累了一些经验,但同时也存在一些问题。对经验进行总结,对问题及原因进行分析并采取切实有效的措施,是当前大学生思想政治教育重要的理论和实践课题。本文运用了思想政治教育学科的基本理论,从民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体运用的实际出发,对民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体运用的状况及其对策进行了研究和探讨。全文除导论外,分为三个部分：第一部分,概述民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体的内涵、分类和功能。第二部分,分析民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体的运用状况。本文认为,民办高校在大学生思想政治教育运用活动载体方面已取得了明显成效,如,增强了民办高校大学生思想政治教育的效果,营造了民办高校大学生思想政治教育的良好氛围,促进了民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体的发展等。但也还存在一定问题,如,部分民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体运用目的性不明确,活动载体运用不恰当,活动载体吸引力不强,活动载体运用条件不充分等。导致这些问题的原因主要包括对民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体重要性的认识不够充分,活动载体运用的组织管理不善,活动载体运用的运行机制不健全,活动载体的创新不够等。第三部分,提出了加强民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体运用的对策,主要包括提高对民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体重要性的认识,加强对民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体运用的组织管理,建立健全民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体运行机制,加强民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体运用的创新,加强对民办高校大学生思想政治教育活动载体基础理论和应用理论的研究等。
[Abstract]:Marxism has always attached importance to ideological and political education through practical activities. It is also an excellent tradition of ideological and political education for college students to use the carrier of activities to educate college students. After the emergence of private colleges and universities in our country in the 1990s, all sectors of society and private colleges and universities attach great importance to the ideological and political education of college students, and pay attention to combining the specific reality of private colleges and universities, especially private colleges and universities attach great importance to ideological and political education of college students through the use of various activities. In this process, some experience has been accumulated, but at the same time, there are also some problems. Summing up the experience, analyzing the problems and causes and taking practical and effective measures are the important theoretical and practical topics in the ideological and political education of college students at present. Based on the basic theory of ideological and political education, this paper studies and probes into the situation and countermeasures of the application of the carrier of ideological and political education activities of college students in private colleges and universities from the reality of the application of the carrier of ideological and political education activities in private colleges and universities. In addition to the introduction, the full text is divided into three parts: the first part summarizes the connotation, classification and function of the carrier of ideological and political education activities of private college students. The second part analyzes the application of the carrier of ideological and political education activities of private college students. This paper holds that private colleges and universities have made obvious achievements in the application of the carrier of ideological and political education for college students, such as enhancing the effect of ideological and political education for students in private colleges and universities, creating a good atmosphere for ideological and political education for students in private colleges and universities, and promoting the development of the carrier for ideological and political education for students in private colleges and universities. However, there are still some problems, such as the unclear application purpose of the ideological and political education carrier of some private college students, the inappropriate use of the activity carrier, the weak attraction of the activity carrier, the insufficient conditions for the application of the activity carrier, and so on. The reasons for these problems mainly include the insufficient understanding of the importance of the carrier of ideological and political education for college students in private colleges and universities, the poor organization and management of the use of the carrier, the imperfect operation mechanism of the carrier, and the insufficient innovation of the carrier. The third part puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the application of the carrier of ideological and political education activities of private college students, including improving the understanding of the importance of the carrier of ideological and political education activities of private college students, strengthening the organization and management of the application of the carrier of ideological and political education activities of private college students, and establishing and perfecting the operation mechanism of the carrier of ideological and political education activities of private college students. We should strengthen the innovation of the application of the carrier of ideological and political education activities of private college students, and strengthen the research on the basic theory and application theory of the carrier of ideological and political education activities of college students in private colleges and universities.
