加强高校网络德育建设的研究与思考

【摘要】:21世纪,随着网络时代的到来,网络技术得到快速发展,促使人类信息在传播速度、传播范围和传播质量等方面都有了极大的提高。互联网己成为人们生活中不可缺少的一种信息工具,对政治、经济、文化等社会生活的各个方面都产生了巨大的影响,尤其对高等学校的影响更为明显。一方面,互联网的出现改变了高校学生获取信息的途径和方式,提供了信息共享的广阔空间,促进了信息的交流,同时也不可避免对高校学生道德形成带来一些负面效应,出现了“道德失范”现象;另一方面,互联网的出现丰富了高校德育资源和内容,促进了高校德育手段和模式的现代化进程,也对高校德育工作带来巨大挑战。高校网络德育建设不仅是“网络社会”发展的客观要求,也是高校学生网络道德现状的必然要求,对高校网络德育进行研究有其必要性和紧迫性。 本文既有理论的研究,也有实践的思考。首先,在唯物辩证法指导下,通过广泛的基础研究,对网络、网络道德、网络德育等进行了科学界定,并回顾了我国高校网络德育发展的历程。其次,通过问卷调查、参观考察等形式探讨了高校网络德育存在的问题,即网络德育平台建设与管理滞后、网络德育队伍建设滞后、网络德育建设缺乏资源、网络德育内容方法缺乏创新、网络监管机制不健全等,在此基础上对高校网络德育存在的问题原因进行剖析,分析了影响高校网络德育建设的因素,即网络社会的复杂多变冲击着高校网络德育环境、高校对网络德育工作重视程度不够、传统德育对网络德育的惯性影响、德育评价体系尚不科学。第三,本文在遵循德育基本规律的前提下,提出加强高校网络德育建设的思路和对策,包括提高对高校网络德育重要性的认识、构建和完善高校网络德育内容体系、建设和优化高校网络德育环境、构建高校网络德育自教自律模式,不断提高网络德育的实效性和针对性。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the advent of the network era, network technology has been developed rapidly, which has greatly improved the speed, scope and quality of human information. The Internet has become an indispensable information tool in people's lives, which has a great impact on all aspects of social life, such as politics, economy, culture and so on, especially on colleges and universities. On the one hand, the emergence of the Internet has changed the ways and means for college students to obtain information, provided a broad space for information sharing, promoted the exchange of information, and inevitably brought some negative effects to the moral formation of college students, resulting in the phenomenon of "moral anomie". On the other hand, the emergence of the Internet enriches the resources and contents of moral education in colleges and universities, promotes the modernization process of moral education means and models in colleges and universities, and also brings great challenges to moral education in colleges and universities. The construction of network moral education in colleges and universities is not only the objective requirement of the development of "network society", but also the inevitable requirement of the present situation of network morality of university students. It is necessary and urgent to study the network moral education of colleges and universities. This paper has both theoretical research and practical thinking. First of all, under the guidance of materialist dialectics, through extensive basic research, the network, network morality, network moral education and so on are scientifically defined, and the course of the development of network moral education in colleges and universities in China is reviewed. Secondly, through questionnaire survey, visit and investigation, this paper probes into the problems existing in the network moral education in colleges and universities, namely, the lag of the construction and management of the network moral education platform, the lag of the construction of the network moral education team, the lack of resources in the network moral education construction, the lack of innovation of the network moral education content and method, the imperfect network supervision mechanism, and so on. On this basis, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the network moral education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes on the factors affecting the construction of network moral education in colleges and universities, that is, the complexity and variability of the network society impinges on the network moral education environment in colleges and universities, the university does not pay enough attention to the network moral education, the inertia influence of the traditional moral education on the network moral education, and the moral education evaluation system is not yet scientific. Thirdly, on the premise of following the basic law of moral education, this paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the construction of network moral education in colleges and universities, including improving the understanding of the importance of network moral education in colleges and universities, constructing and perfecting the content system of network moral education in colleges and universities, constructing and optimizing the network moral education environment in colleges and universities, constructing the self-discipline mode of network moral education in colleges and universities, and constantly improving the effectiveness and pertinence of network moral education.
