高校科技合著网络创新机制与策略研究

【摘要】:高校科技合著网络是由不同机构(高校、科研机构、企业)以及它们之间的合著关系构建起来的知识创新网络。合著关系中包含了广泛存在于网络参与主体之间的知识、信息、技术,人员以及资金联系。高校科技合著网络的结构能够反映出网络主体之间的连接方式、连接频度、连接分布等网络变量,同时,网络的构成要素则反映了网络所掌握的资源以及对资源的开发模式;这些因素都将直接对知识,信息在网络中的有效流动以及繁衍产生直接影响,并影响高校合著网络的创新能力。对于原始性创新知识主要产源地的高校而言,其科技合著网络创新能力的增强对于提高其本身的综合实力和竞争力具有非常积极的作用,甚至在促进区域经济发展,提升一个国家国际竞争力和国际地位方面也有着至关重要的意义。 本文首先回顾和总结了该领域的研究成果,从网络结构和网络构成要素两个维度的视角对影响高校科技合著网络创新绩效的关键影响域和关键因素进行了定性分析和识别,构建了高校科技合著网络创新绩效评估框架,包括网络结构维度的网络凝聚力(平均路径强度、平均路径长度、聚类系数)和中心性(度分布、中心势);网络构成要素维度的资源(学科领域覆盖度、学科机构密度)和合作模式(高校参与程度、科研机构参与程度、企业参与程度、国际化程度)。 为了实证和对比分析,本文随后利用在2009-2010年期间,发表在SCI-EXPANDED上的科技合著论文数据,分别构建了清华大学科技合著网络以及斯坦福大学科技合著网络。通过资源的视角,,利用社会网络分析方法(Social Network Analysis, SNA)和文献计量方法对两个网络进行了创新绩效评估,并对结果进行了对比分析,从实例角度证明了本文所构建评估框架的有效性,最后从合作广度,合作强度以及产学研合作开展程度三个角度为我国高校科技合著网络创新能力的发展提供了政策和建议。
[Abstract]:The co-author network of science and technology in colleges and universities is a knowledge innovation network constructed by different institutions (colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises) and their co-author relationship. The co-author contains knowledge, information, technology, personnel and financial connections that widely exist among network participants. The structure of science and technology co-author network in colleges and universities can reflect the network variables such as connection mode, connection frequency, connection distribution and so on. At the same time, the elements of the network reflect the resources mastered by the network and the development mode of resources. These factors will directly affect the effective flow and reproduction of knowledge and information in the network, and affect the innovation ability of the university co-author network. For the colleges and universities where the original innovation knowledge is the main source, the enhancement of their scientific and technological co-author network innovation ability plays a very positive role in improving their own comprehensive strength and competitiveness, and even plays an important role in promoting the development of regional economy and enhancing the international competitiveness and status of a country. This paper first reviews and summarizes the research results in this field, qualitatively analyzes and identifies the key influencing areas and key factors that affect the performance of scientific and technological co-author network innovation in colleges and universities from the perspective of network structure and network components, and constructs the evaluation framework of network innovation performance of university science and technology co-author, including the network cohesion of network structure dimension (average path intensity, average path length). Clustering coefficient) and centrality (degree distribution, central potential); The resources (subject domain coverage, subject organization density) and cooperation mode (university participation degree, scientific research institution participation degree, enterprise participation degree, internationalization degree) of the dimension of network constituent elements. For empirical and comparative analysis, this paper then constructs Tsinghua University Science and Technology Co-author Network and Stanford University Science and Technology Co-author Network by using the data of science and technology co-authored papers published on SCI-EXPANDED from 2009 to 2010. From the perspective of resources, this paper evaluates the innovative performance of the two networks by using the social network analysis method (Social Network Analysis, SNA) and the literature measurement method, and makes a comparative analysis of the results, and proves the effectiveness of the evaluation framework constructed in this paper from the point of view of examples. Finally, from the perspective of cooperation breadth, The cooperation intensity and the degree of industry-university-research cooperation provide policies and suggestions for the development of scientific and technological co-author network innovation ability in colleges and universities in China.
