高等学校“形势与政策”课教师队伍规范化建设的思考

【摘要】:教师队伍规范化建设是提高"形势与政策"课教学质量的根本保障。目前,"形势与政策"课教师队伍建设存在诸多不规范问题,影响了教学实效和课程的规范化建设。必须提高对"形势与政策"课师资队伍规范化建设重要性的认识,健全管理体制和保障机制,实行教师任职资格准入制度,配备足够数量的教师,加强培养培训工作,积极推进学科化建设,完善考核评价体系和奖励机制,加快教师队伍的规范化建设。
[Abstract]:The standardization construction of teachers is the fundamental guarantee to improve the teaching quality of situation and Policy. At present, there are many non-standard problems in the construction of teachers in the course of situation and Policy, which affect the teaching effect and the standardization construction of the curriculum. It is necessary to improve the understanding of the importance of standardizing the construction of teaching staff in the course of "situation and policy", perfect the management system and guarantee mechanism, implement the qualification access system for teachers, equip enough teachers, strengthen the training work, actively promote the construction of discipline, perfect the assessment and evaluation system and reward mechanism, and speed up the standardization construction of teachers.
