大学生参与教学管理问题研究
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of good governance, stakeholder theory, modern democratic management theory and subjective education theory, through the field investigation of D University in Yunnan Province, combined with case interviews and statistical analysis, this paper reveals the willingness and behavior of contemporary college students to participate in teaching management, analyzes the existing problems and causes, and on this basis, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the effective participation of college students in teaching management. The article mainly discusses from the following five parts: the first part: introduction. Including research background, significance, content and methods, domestic and foreign research review. The second part: theoretical discussion. This paper introduces the essence, theoretical basis, feasibility and limitation, principles and contents of college students' participation in teaching management and the influencing factors of participating in teaching management. The third part: the present situation analysis. This paper describes and evaluates the willingness and behavior of college students to participate in teaching management, and holds that the willingness of college students to participate in teaching management is generally good, which is manifested in the strong willingness to participate, correct attitude and high enthusiasm for participation, while the participation behavior needs to be improved and improved, such as narrow participation content, low level, single channel and mode, low validity and so on. The fourth part: the problem and the cause analysis. There are six problems in the process of college students' participation in teaching management: some students' cognition of participating in teaching management is not high; some students' participation in teaching management shows utilitarian tendency; the content of participating in teaching management is too narrow and the level is too low; the channel and way of participating in teaching management are single; the degree of effectiveness and satisfaction of participating in teaching management is not high; The system and effective mechanism of participating in teaching management are not perfect, and the problems are analyzed from four aspects: student individual, university teaching staff, university management and society. The fifth part: countermeasures and suggestions. In view of the present situation and problems of college students' participation in teaching management, this paper puts forward some measures to actively promote the effective participation of college students in teaching management, including the establishment of the concept of college students' participation in teaching management and the provision of guarantee mechanism for college students to participate in teaching management.
