论高等教育领域中城乡不平等的代际延续——基于累积优势的理论视角

【摘要】：累积优势指某一个人或群体相对于另一个人或群体的优势随时间而累积。累积优势作为一种维持甚至扩大不平等的机制,既普遍存在于社会生活的各个领域,又具有跨领域传递和转化的特征。通过分析近年来与高等教育有关的热点——主要是重点大学农村生源减少现象和大学毕业生低收入聚居现象,初步论证了在城乡不平等代际延续过程中累积优势机制所扮演的重要角色。
