大学生职业价值观与用人单位需求意愿的匹配状况研究——基于上海市部分高校及用人单位的调研

【摘要】：通过研究近年来大学生职业价值观与用人单位需求意愿在职业目标、职业评价和职业决策等方面的匹配状况发现,二者匹配与否实际上是在多个因素的综合作用下大学生和用人单位进行成本-收益比较后的自然选择,这些因素主要包括市场经济和信息时代特征、政府角色和就业市场二元分割特性、高校人才培养理念和评价机制等。促进大学生职业价值观与用人单位需求意愿的匹配,应充分利用信息时代特征,加快提升就业网络的服务质量;加快经济结构调整,缩小收入差距,使劳动成为个人收入的主要来源;准确定位政府角色,营造公平竞争就业环境,保障供需双方权益;遵循教育基本目的,尊重高校及学生的主体性地位,落实终身发展理念。
[Abstract]:By studying the matching of college students' professional values and employers' demand will in the aspects of career objectives, career evaluation and career decision-making in recent years, it is found that whether they match or not is actually a natural selection after cost-benefit comparison between college students and employers under the comprehensive action of many factors. These factors mainly include the characteristics of market economy and the information age, the role of the government and the dual division of the job market. The concept and evaluation mechanism of talent training in colleges and universities. To promote the matching of college students' professional values with the needs and wishes of employers, we should make full use of the characteristics of the information age to speed up the improvement of the service quality of the employment network, speed up the adjustment of economic structure, narrow the income gap, and make labor the main source of personal income, accurately locate the role of the government, create a fair competitive employment environment, and protect the rights and interests of both supply and demand. Follow the basic purpose of education, respect the subjective status of colleges and students, and implement the concept of lifelong development.
