当代“威斯康星理念”的新发展及其启示——以威斯康星大学为例

【摘要】:"威斯康星理念"是20世纪初美国威斯康星大学倡导并发展起来的关于大学服务社会的思想观念和实践行动体系。"威斯康星理念"一经提出,其价值就得到各国大学的普遍认同。随着时代的变化,"威斯康星理念"的内涵也在不断地丰富和发展。进入21世纪,在国际社会政治、经济改革的背景下,"威斯康星理念"获得了新的发展,不仅传统的推广教育模式得到保持和发展,而且着力构建多主体、多学科参与的服务体制,并注重对社会特定人群提供切实的服务。这些对于我国大学开展服务社会活动具有重要的启示。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20th century, the concept of Wisconsin is a kind of ideological concept and practical action system about the university serving the society, which was advocated and developed by the University of Wisconsin in the United States. As soon as the concept of Wisconsin was put forward, its value was generally recognized by universities all over the world. With the change of the times, the connotation of Wisconsin concept is also constantly enriched and developed. In the 21st century, under the background of international social politics and economic reform, the "Wisconsin concept" has been developed. Not only the traditional mode of popularization and education has been maintained and developed, but also the service system of multi-subject and multi-disciplinary participation has been built, and emphasis has been paid to providing practical services to specific groups of society. These have important enlightenment for Chinese universities to carry out service social activities.
