【摘要】:世界各国都致力于发展各级各类教育衔接和沟通的终身学习体系,国际上称为资历框架,我国称为终身学习立交桥。本文采用文献分析和比较研究的方法,描述资历框架的国际发展并进行比较分析,主要分为五个部分:第一部分描述终身学习立交桥和资历框架的含义;第二部分分析国际上资历框架的发展现状,包括全球大约150个国家和地区已经建立和正在建立的资历框架,以及跨国和跨地区资历框架的发展;第三部分选择七个国家和地区作为样本,比较建立资历框架中的关键要素,包括资历框架的立法和管理的比较、资历级别和能力标准的比较、资历质量保证和评审机制的比较、成效为本、学分累积和转换、以及过往资历认可的比较;第四部分是讨论,作者提出资历框架发展的三阶段说,资历框架建设的国际化视野、多方合作、质量保证和其他关键因素;最后一个部分是本文的结论。作者希望,世界各国建立资历框架的经验和教训,能够对我国终身学习立交桥的建构具有一定的借鉴意义。
