【摘要】: 学习型社会是一个标志着人类文明与进步崭新的历史发展阶段,,是一个新型的社会发展模式。建立终身学习体系,构建学习型社会是当今世界各国教育、社会发展的一大热点问题之一。各国对建立终身学习体系,构建学习型社会所采取的举措大都围绕提供更多的学习机会,扩大人们对终身学习的参与展开的,而其忽视了影响其进程的重要内在因素——社会成员的终身学习能力。只有当社会成员具备了终身学习动机和能力时,社会所提供的教育和培训等诸多学习机会方能有效地被利用。而自我导向学习是成人最主要的学习方式之一,它具有灵活性、普遍性的优点,所以培养成人的自我导向学习能力是提高成人学习能力的有效途径。本文以自我导向学习理论为研究的切入点,探究我国在“人均教育资源相对不足”的国情背景下如何更快更好地走向学习型社会。在学习型社会中,无论是个人还是组织都不希望脱离岗位参与学习,最理想的学习形式就是能随时随地利用学习资源不断更新知识、掌握新技能以适应瞬息万变的社会,而自我导向学习模式迎合了学习型社会这一需要。论文主要采用文献分析法进行研究,引用了大量的第一手史料。国内外相关领域研究的文章有不少,但良莠不齐,缺乏深度剖析。究其根源,笔者认为很大程度上是由于有价值的资料严重不足造成的。就资料而言,本论文提供了一些新的史料,这不但帮助笔者更深刻地认识了自我导向学习理论与学习型社会的沿革,同时也为国内同类研究增添了可参考的信息。论文本体由三部分构成。第一部分系统地介绍了国内外自我导向学习理论的研究动态及其具有代表性的自我导向学习模式,行文至末着重挖掘了自我导向学习的内涵并总结了其主要特征。第二部分藉由对学习型社会的演变过程及其特征研究的基础上,探求出自我导向学习与学习型社会两者之间的本真内在关系,得出自我导向学习不失为打开学习型社会大门的钥匙。寻求自我导向学习与学习型社会间的契合点这并不意味着研究的终止,恰恰相反,它只是开辟了学习型社会之路的新视野。第三部分则侧重从影响学习型社会构建步伐的软件和硬件入笔,探求提高社会成员自我导向学习能力的方法及策略。本文尝试把我国学习型社会的构建置于社会成员终身学习能力提高的视野下探析,把研究视角投放在微观层面上的诉求不失为一种新的突破口,从学习模式的入手探索学习型社会构建的思路,力求为我国学习型社会的早日构建提供可行性建议。
[Abstract]:Learning society is a new historical development stage of human civilization and progress, and a new social development model. It is the education of every country in the world to establish lifelong learning system and construct learning society. One of the hot issues of social development. Countries to establish a lifelong learning system, the construction of a learning society, most of the measures taken around providing more learning opportunities to expand people's participation in lifelong learning. But it ignores the important internal factor that affects its process-the lifelong learning ability of social members. Only when the social members have lifelong learning motivation and ability. Many learning opportunities, such as education and training provided by society, can be effectively utilized. Self-directed learning is one of the most important learning methods for adults. It has the advantages of flexibility and universality. Therefore, cultivating adult self-directed learning ability is an effective way to improve adult learning ability. This paper explores how to move towards a learning society faster and better under the background of "relatively insufficient per capita educational resources". In a learning society, neither individuals nor organizations want to take part in learning without post. The most ideal form of learning is to be able to use learning resources at any time and anywhere to constantly update knowledge, master new skills to adapt to the changing society. The self-oriented learning model caters to the needs of a learning society. This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method to study, citing a large number of first-hand historical materials. There are a lot of articles in related fields at home and abroad. But the good and bad, lack of in-depth analysis. The root cause, the author thinks to a large extent is due to the serious shortage of valuable information. In terms of data, this paper provides some new historical materials. This not only helps the author understand more deeply the theory of self-oriented learning and the evolution of the learning-oriented society. The ontology is composed of three parts. The first part systematically introduces the domestic and foreign research trends of self-oriented learning theory and its representative self-oriented learning. Learning mode. The second part is based on the study of the evolution process and characteristics of the learning society. To explore the intrinsic relationship between self-directed learning and learning-oriented society. The conclusion that self-oriented learning is the key to open the door of learning-oriented society. Seeking the joint point between self-directed learning and learning-oriented society does not mean the end of research, on the contrary. The third part focuses on the software and hardware which influence the construction of the learning society. This paper attempts to put the construction of learning society in our country under the vision of improving the lifelong learning ability of social members. Putting the research perspective on the micro level is a new breakthrough, starting with the learning model to explore the idea of building a learning-oriented society. To provide feasible suggestions for the early construction of learning society in China.
