双语教育视野中的民汉合校研究

【摘要】: 《双语教育视野中的民汉合校研究》主要通过对乌鲁木齐市教育局所属的4所民汉合校中学(第十六中学、第三十六中学、四十六中学、乌鲁木齐市高级中学)的民语系及汉语系学生、教师以及学校管理人员的问卷调查和访谈,对目前乌鲁木齐市民汉合校中学的双语教学进行综合了解,以教育学、双语教学、教育人类学的理论为指导,分析了新疆少数民族基础教育取得的成绩和不足之处,并通过定量与定性分析,论证了民汉合校这种办学形式对少数民族双语教学所产生的积极影响以及目前存在的问题,主要内容如下: 1.积极影响 (1)民汉合校促进了不同民族之间的交流,促使各民族成员在多民族社会的大环境中学会共存,有利于双语教育最终目标的实现; (2)民汉合校有利于少数民族教育选择权力的实现; (3)民汉合校的办学形式有利于教育资源的融合,是提高办学效益的有效途径。 (4)民汉合校给少数民族学生创造了获得信息、主动发展的重要机会; (5)民汉合校为少数民族学生习得汉语及学习数理化知识提供了良好的语言环境; 2.存在的问题 (1)在管理方面,首先,一些学校的管理体制影响教学的效果;其次,在多民族、多语言的学校环境中,各民族成员还需进一步地磨合。 (2)部分教师的现有水平影响双语教学的效果; (3)部分学校学生的汉语水平影响双语教学的效果。 与此同时,本研究还对乌鲁木齐市民汉合校中学在实施双语教学过程中存在的问题提出了相应的改进对策及建议。研究认为,要达到最大限度地发挥民汉合校的优势、使民汉合校更好地为新疆少数民族双语教学服务的目的,转变教育观念是根本,完善学校管理是关键,加强师资队伍的建设是保证,并且要遵循循序渐进的原则,推进新疆少数民族双语教学更进一步地发展。
[Abstract]:The study of Minghan combined School in the View of Bilingual Education mainly through the four middle schools (16th middle school, 36th middle school, 46 middle school) belonging to Urumqi Education Bureau. The students, teachers and school administrators of the Department of Chinese and Folk languages in Urumqi are investigated by questionnaires and interviews, and a comprehensive understanding of bilingual teaching in Urumqi Citizen and Hanyu Middle School is carried out. Guided by the theories of pedagogy, bilingual teaching and educational anthropology, this paper analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of basic education of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, and analyzes them quantitatively and qualitatively. This paper demonstrates the positive influence of this form of running schools on the bilingual teaching of ethnic minorities and the existing problems. The main contents are as follows: 1. Positive impact (1) the school promotes the communication among different ethnic groups, and promotes the members of different nationalities to learn to coexist in the environment of a multi-ethnic society, which is conducive to the realization of the ultimate goal of bilingual education; (2) the combination of civil and Han schools is conducive to the realization of the right of educational choice for ethnic minorities; 3) the form of running a school is beneficial to the amalgamation of educational resources and is an effective way to improve the efficiency of running a school. (4) the Min-Han school has created an important opportunity for minority students to obtain information and develop actively. (5) the Min-Han school provides a good language environment for minority students to acquire Chinese and learn the knowledge of mathematics, physics and chemistry; 2. Existing problems In the aspect of management, firstly, the management system of some schools affects the teaching effect; secondly, in the multi-national and multilingual school environment, the members of various nationalities need to further run in. (2) the current level of some teachers affects the effect of bilingual teaching; The Chinese level of some school students affects the effect of bilingual teaching. At the same time, this study also puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures and suggestions to the problems existing in the implementation of bilingual teaching in Urumqi Citizen and Hanhe Middle School. In order to make the best use of the advantages of the schools and make them serve the bilingual teaching of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, it is essential to change the educational concept and perfect the school management. Strengthening the construction of teaching staff is the guarantee, and we should follow the principle of gradual progress and promote the further development of bilingual teaching of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang.
