【摘要】：合理、有序地转移农村剩余劳动力,把丰富的人力资源优势转变为人力资本优势,是关系到我国农村经济进一步发展和社会稳定的重大战略问题。加强农村剩余劳动力转移教育投资的关键是要正确认识其成本收益的关系。
[Abstract]:The surplus rural labor force should be transferred reasonably and orderly, and the abundant human resource advantage should be transformed into the human capital advantage. It is an important strategic problem related to the further development of rural economy and social stability. The key to strengthen the transfer of rural surplus labor force investment in education is to correctly understand the relationship between cost and income.
