四川石油管理局职业教育发展战略研究

【摘要】：要使企业能在激烈竞争的环境中求生存、求发展，顺利实现企业的发展战略与发展目标，职工的继续教育、职业培训、技能培训是一项十分重要的工作，只有不断地提高职工的技术文化水平，才能保证企业拥有高素质的职工队伍，也才能保证企业长期充满生机和活力，因此职业教育对于企业是非常重要的，特别是对于特殊性的大型企业更是如此，，大型企业没有自己的职业培训基地，是难以完成职工培训任务的。本文通过对四川石油管理局职业教育的现状的分析，找出四川局职业教育存在的问题及形成原因，在此基础上，结合国外职业教育和国内职业教育的大环境的分析和研究，借鉴成功的经验，采用了定性分析法、比较研究法、理论与实践相结合等方法，提出四川石油局职业教育发展的战略目标及战略模式及其建议，对石油职业教育的战略进行了评价分析。
[Abstract]:In order to make the enterprise survive and develop in the environment of fierce competition, to realize the development strategy and goal of the enterprise smoothly, the continuing education, the vocational training and the skill training of the staff and workers are very important work. Only by constantly improving the technical and cultural level of the staff and workers can we ensure that the enterprise has a high quality of staff and workers, and that the enterprise is full of vitality and vitality for a long time. Therefore, vocational education is very important to the enterprise. This is especially true for large enterprises with special characteristics. It is difficult for large enterprises to complete their staff training tasks without their own vocational training bases. This paper analyzes the current situation of vocational education in Sichuan Petroleum Administration Bureau. To find out the problems and causes of vocational education in Sichuan Bureau, on this basis, combining the analysis and research of the environment of foreign vocational education and domestic vocational education, using the successful experience for reference, the qualitative analysis method and comparative research method are adopted. By combining theory with practice, this paper puts forward the strategic goal, strategic mode and suggestions for the development of vocational education in Sichuan Petroleum Bureau, and evaluates and analyzes the strategy of petroleum vocational education.
