新时期高校干部教育培训的若干思考

【摘要】：高等学校干部的教育和培训工作是新时期加强党的建设的重要内容和重要工作。在新的历史条件下,如何全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,根据高等学校培养社会主义事业合格建设者、可靠接班人目标和党的十六届四中全会提出的“围绕增强执政意识、提高执政能力,创新培训方法,提高培训质量,大规模培训干部”的要求,切实加强高校干部的教育培训工作的研究,建立、健全高校干部教育培训制度和机制,是十分重要而迫切的任务。
