激励与监管:高校管理培训业的必由之路

【摘要】：管理培训业在中国的发展经历了三个阶段,目前进入“洗牌期”。作为管理培训任务的主要承担者,高校也走到了一个关口,出现几大问题:第一,外资和国内民营培训机构蓬勃发展,正在不断抢占市场空间,高校的市场份额逐渐减少,生存空间逐渐压缩。第二,高校创办培训事业多半采用委托代理方式进行,类似承包制。在残酷竞争压力下,代理生存日趋艰难,于是出现诸多不良行为,损害学校声誉。如何解决这些问题?如何继续保持高校在管理培训市场中的竞争优势?笔者在系统梳理高校培训运作模式基础上,提出在“做大蛋糕”的共同目标下,对代理进行良性激励和有效监管是关键。
[Abstract]:The development of the management training industry in China has gone through three stages. At present, it has entered a "reshuffle period". As the main bearer of the task of management training, colleges and universities have also reached a pass, and several major problems have arisen: first, With the vigorous development of foreign and domestic private training institutions, they are constantly occupying market space. The market share of colleges and universities is gradually decreasing, and the living space is gradually shrinking. Second, most colleges and universities use the principal-agent method to establish their training undertakings. Similar to the contract system. Under the cruel competition pressure, agency survival is becoming more and more difficult, so a lot of bad behavior, damage to the reputation of the school. How to solve these problems? How to maintain the competitive advantage of colleges and universities in the management training market? On the basis of systematically combing the operational mode of training in colleges and universities, the author puts forward that under the common goal of "making a big cake", it is the key to encourage and supervise agents effectively.
