超常儿童全面发展的问题研究

【摘要】: 我国开展超常儿童教育研究三十年来,超常儿童教育实践在我国已有长足发展,具有中国特色的超常儿童教育体系初露端倪。但在我国超常儿童教育实践中,人们谈论较多的仍是智力因素教育,超常儿童的非智力因素的培养还没有引起足够重视,对超常儿童的全面发展研究涉及的就更少了。这种情况与超常儿童教育所具有的战略意义极不相称。本文简要概述了中国超常儿童教育的发展历程与现状,论述了对超常儿童实施全面发展教育的必要性及其应采取的基本措施作了初步的探讨。 一是以素质教育为理论指导,加强超常儿童在德、智、体、美等方面的全面教育,指出超常儿童的全面发展的最终目的是要培养其为对社会有用之才。 二是提出要为超常儿童的全面发展创设一个和谐的育人环境,促进超常儿童的全面发展。 这些观点的提出是希望我国教育工作者、家长注重超常儿童学业成绩的同时,更要重视超常个体的整体发展,即德、智、体、美、劳的全面发展,尤其是良好品德的培养,健全人格的发展,而不是满足于对其单个领域(尤其是智力)的开发,造就片面型人才。
[Abstract]:In the past thirty years, the practice of extraordinary children's education has developed rapidly in China, and the system of exceptional children's education with Chinese characteristics has begun to emerge. However, in the practice of extra-normal children's education in our country, People still talk more about the education of intelligence factors, and the cultivation of non-intelligence factors of children of exceptional age has not been paid enough attention to. There is less research on the comprehensive development of supernormal children. This situation is not commensurate with the strategic significance of the education of exceptional children. This paper gives a brief overview of the development and present situation of the education of exceptional children in China. This paper discusses the necessity of carrying out all-round development education for exceptional children and the basic measures to be taken. The first is to take quality education as the theoretical guidance, and to strengthen the all-round education of exceptional children in the fields of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and point out that the ultimate goal of the all-round development of children is to train them as useful talents for the society. Second, it is necessary to create a harmonious educational environment for the all-round development of exceptional children and promote their all-round development. These points of view are put forward in the hope that Chinese educators and parents will pay more attention to the overall development of exceptional individuals, that is, the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, especially the cultivation of good moral character, while paying more attention to the academic achievements of children who are exceptional in their studies. The development of sound personality, rather than the development of its single field (especially intelligence), creates one-sided talents.
