女性成人学习者参与学习障碍调查研究

【摘要】：女性作为社会群体的重要组成部分,其参与继续教育无论是对女性自身的职业发展还是社会的政治、经济和文化发展进程,都有着重要意义。女性成人学习者在参与学习的过程中面临着中等程度的学习障碍,其中主要来自机构方面的障碍,其次是情景障碍和信息障碍,而婚姻状态对女性参与学习障碍有显著影响。不同学习类型的女性成人学习者面临的学习障碍既有共性也有各自的特殊性。
[Abstract]:Women, as an important part of social groups, participate in continuing education, not only in the professional development of women themselves, but also in the political, economic and cultural development process of society, Female adult learners face moderate learning disabilities, mainly from institutional barriers, followed by situational barriers and information barriers. However, marital status has a significant impact on female participation in learning disabilities. Female adult learners of different learning types are faced with learning disabilities of both commonality and particularity.
