【摘要】：“儿童互动辅导计划”,是让资优学生辅导更低幼儿童甚至同龄同学,并给予这些资优学生进行辅导和咨询的环境和条件来发展他们的领导能力。学校就是这样自然而然地把有关领导能力的培训融入到学校教育中去。提供增强领导能力的机会。实验证明,这是一种行之有效的培养未来年轻领导者的有效途径。
[Abstract]:The "Children's Interactive guidance Scheme" enables gifted students to coach more primary-age children and even their classmates of the same age. And give these gifted students guidance and counseling environment and conditions to develop their leadership. The school is so natural to integrate leadership training into school education.
