信息技术环境下电大教学模式改革实践研究

【摘要】：随着信息技术高速的发展,互联网、多媒体的广泛应用改变了教育和学习方式,教和学也变得越来越灵活。这对教学的各个环节产生了新的要求,教学模式改革被提上日程。本文在对信息技术环境下教学模式改革的意义和国内外信息技术、教育技术、远程开放教育、教学模式的研究发展现状趋势的分析的基础上,结合2004年美国教育传播与技术学会(AECT)对教育技术的定义(新的德育标准),系统地阐述了在教学论和学习论指导下的教学模式类型,重点研究了信息技术对电大远程开放教育的教学模式的影响。在实际教学活动的基础上,结合《中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点项目》的开展,对教学模式进行了比较分析和调查研究,主要包括: ● 总结出电大远程开放教育的教学模式改革的原则和电大教学的理念; ● 提出了“教师导学+学生自主学习+网上交互学习+协作学习+学习支持服务+形成型考核”的基本教学模式; ● 在基本教学模式的基础上,进行了教学模式改革的实践; ● 探讨了电大教学模式从e-learning教学模式向混合式教学模式发展的趋势。通过以上理论研究和具体实践,证明教学模式的改革对于提高教师使用信息技术来优化课程内容的水平与能力以及提高学生的信息素养和使用信息技术的创新能力、学习能力、实践能力,都有十分明显的效能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the wide application of Internet and multimedia has changed the way of education and learning, and teaching and learning has become more and more flexible.This has made new demands on all aspects of teaching, and the reform of teaching mode has been put on the agenda.Based on the analysis of the significance of the reform of teaching mode in the information technology environment and the research and development trend of the information technology, education technology, distance open education and teaching mode, this paper analyzes the current situation of the research and development of the information technology, education technology, distance open education and teaching mode.Based on the definition of educational technology (New moral Education Standard) of AECT in 2004, this paper systematically expounds the types of teaching models under the guidance of teaching theory and learning theory.This paper focuses on the influence of information technology on the teaching mode of distance open education in RTVU.On the basis of actual teaching activities, combined with the reform of the personnel training model and the opening education pilot project of the Central Radio and TV University, this paper makes a comparative analysis and investigation on the teaching model, which mainly includes:This paper summarizes the principles of the reform of the teaching mode of distance open education in RTVU and the teaching concept of RTVU.This paper puts forward the basic teaching mode of "teachers guide students to study independently on the net, interactive learning and collaborative learning support formative assessment of learning services".On the basis of the basic teaching model, the reform of the teaching mode is carried out.This paper probes into the developing trend of RTVU teaching mode from e-learning teaching mode to mixed teaching mode.Through the above theoretical research and practical practice, it is proved that the reform of teaching mode can improve the level and ability of teachers to use information technology to optimize the content of curriculum, and improve the students' information literacy and innovative ability and learning ability of using information technology.Practical ability, have very obvious efficiency.
