信息化时代的社区学习及模式探讨

【摘要】:社区学习作为一个全新的学习理念,具有很大的包容性,用一句话理解就是在社区范围内“人人学习、时时学习、处处学习、事事学习”。社区学习是学习化社区的主要特征,促进社区学习也是社区教育工作的重要内容。在世界教育信息化和我国大力发展社区教育的背景下,探索信息化时代的社区学习及其模式,对于促进教育社会化、建立学习化社会具有重要意义。 论文以“社区学习”为研究线索,在分析中外文献的基础上,通过与人的社会化、学习化社区、社区教育观、终身学习等概念对比分析,深入探讨了社区学习的内涵和意义,并结合网络教育,探讨了网络对社区学习的影响,分析了网络条件下社区学习的过程要素及特点。在上面研究的基础上,运用模式的方法,通过案例分析,归纳提出在信息技术环境中,特别是网络条件下,,现代社区人的社区学习模式。从学习的目的价值角度,把社区学习分为:主导模式——以提高社区成员闲暇生活质量为目的生活学习模式;补充模式——与工作相结合的提高职业技能为目的的职业创新学习模式:发展模式——以培养社区成员个体潜力发展为核心的发展学习模式。并在这三种大模式的划分下,不完全地提出八种分模式。 论文最后介绍了国外支持社区学习一些举措,并对我国社区学习的发展提出一些建议。最后总结认为:应用现代信息技术,特别是利用现代网络教育的优势,能够为现代社区学习提供有力支持,可以促进和扩大社区学习,成为建构社区人终身学习体系重要手段。
[Abstract]:Community learning, as a new learning concept, is very inclusive. In a single sentence, "everyone learns, always studies, everywhere studies, everything learns".Community learning is the main characteristic of learning community, and promoting community learning is also an important part of community education.Under the background of world education informatization and our country developing community education vigorously, it is of great significance to explore the community learning and its mode in the information age for promoting the socialization of education and establishing a learning society.This paper takes "community learning" as the research clue, on the basis of analyzing the Chinese and foreign literature, through the comparative analysis with the concepts of socialization, learning community, community education, lifelong learning and so on, discusses the connotation and significance of community learning deeply.Combined with network education, this paper discusses the influence of network on community learning, and analyzes the process elements and characteristics of community learning under network conditions.On the basis of the above research, by using the method of model and through case analysis, the paper sums up and puts forward the community learning mode of modern community people in the information technology environment, especially in the network condition.From the point of view of the goal value of learning, the community learning is divided into: leading mode-to improve the quality of leisure life of community members as the purpose of life learning model;Supplementary mode-the vocational innovation learning model which combines with the work to improve vocational skills: the development model-the development learning model which focuses on the development of the individual potential of the members of the community.Under the division of these three kinds of models, eight sub-models are proposed incompletely.Finally, the paper introduces some measures to support community learning in foreign countries, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of community learning in China.Finally, it is concluded that the application of modern information technology, especially the advantage of modern network education, can provide strong support for modern community learning, promote and expand community learning, and become an important means to construct community lifelong learning system.
