学习型城市建设应突出人的主体地位

【摘要】：本文围绕学习型城市建设三因素"人是主体、城市是载体、学习是手段"中"人的主体地位",提出从明晰市民学习价值、增强市民学习积极性、健全市民学习渠道三个方面进行思考和努力,切实解决市民"为什么要学、如何愿意学、到底怎么学"问题,从而激发市民的学习力和积极性,投身学习型城市建设,发挥主体地位的优势,提升城市文明程度,推进和谐社会建设。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the three factors in the construction of a learning city: "people are the main body, the city is the carrier, and the study is the means".Improve the study channels of citizens in three aspects of thinking and efforts to effectively solve the problem of "why to learn, how to learn, how to learn", so as to stimulate the people's learning ability and enthusiasm, and devote themselves to the construction of a learning city.Give play to the advantages of the main position, improve the degree of urban civilization, and promote the construction of a harmonious society.
