教学改革意识与创新能力的培养和提升——第四次“中国远程教育教师论坛”综述

【摘要】：从广播电视大学到开放大学的战略转型,意味着深层次、全方位的变革,所面临的挑战相当严峻,而教学改革所面临的挑战也许会是前所未有的。中央电大校长杨志坚日前在谈到推进现代信息技术与远程教育深度融合探索的"切入点"时,特别强调要建立、完善以学习者为中心,基于网络自主学习、远程学习支持服务和面授相结合的新型教学模式。他还指出,教学模式改革的主要任务,是根据学习者的实际情况重新调整培养目标、专业建设方向,改革教学内容、课程结构、考试形式和管理方式,不断深化开放注册、宽进严出、弹性学制、完全学分制、随学随考等教育教学改革。关注、研究并解决教学改革的诸多深层问题,作为远程教育教学改革中坚力量的教师显然责无旁贷,他们在一线实践中的创新探索与思考,无疑弥足珍贵。如何强化教学改革意识、提高创新能力,以更深入地参与战略转型中的教学改革,是应当持续深入探索、尝试创新的实践课题。2012年6月6日,上海电视大学和《中国远程教育》杂志联合主办了以"教学改革意识与创新能力的培养和提升"为主题的"中国远程教育教师论坛"。来自上海电视大学校本部和浦东电大分校、松江电大分校、闵行一分校的11名教师在论坛上做了主题发言,他们分别从教师团队建设、专业内涵建设、实践教学、课程资源建设、教学模式探索等方面,向与会人员介绍了自己在不断深化教学改革、提升教学创新能力、积极推动教学学术建设方面进行的探索与思考。甘肃广播电视大学副校长纪平教授、上海大学博士生导师曹家麟教授作为特邀专家出席本次论坛并作学术点评。上海电视大学校长蒋红在开幕词中提到:开放大学不是一所简单的大学,而是真正服务于全市学习型社会建设与发展的一所新型的大学;我们在转型期要面临人才培养模式的创新、教育教学质量体系的完善、现代信息技术和教育教学的全面融合,以及国内外优质教育资源的充分利用等等任务,而这些任务的完成,核心和关键在于教师队伍,在于我们教师队伍对这些工作的认识水平、改革创新的动力,以及整个教师队伍的整体能力。上海电视大学党委书记张德明则在闭幕词中强调,建设开放大学一定要有开放的理念、开放的胸怀。论坛上还举行了《这五年,我们一起走过——上海电视大学教学综合改革与创新纪实丛书》首发式,上海电视大学副校长徐皓简要介绍了丛书的背景、思路、内容以及参编的感悟。论坛由上海电视大学科研处处长杨晨主持。全国19所省级广播电视大学分管教学的校领导和中央广播电视大学相关部门的负责人等共70余人参加了论坛。中央广播电视大学副校长、本刊主编严冰作论坛小结。此次教师论坛综述分两期呈现。
[Abstract]:The strategic transformation from the Radio and Television University to the Open University means a profound and all-round change, and the challenges facing it are quite severe, while the challenges faced by the teaching reform may be unprecedented.When Yang Zhijian, president of the Central Radio and TV University, talked about the "entry point" to promote the deep integration of modern information technology and distance education, he stressed the importance of establishing and perfecting learner-centered, web-based autonomous learning.Distance learning support service and face-to-face teaching model.Wide entry and strict output, flexible school system, complete credit system, with the examination and other educational reform.How to strengthen the consciousness of teaching reform, improve the ability of innovation and participate more deeply in the reform of teaching in the course of strategic transformation is a practical subject that should be continuously explored and innovated.Shanghai TV University and "China distance Education" magazine jointly sponsored the "Chinese distance Education Teachers Forum" with the theme of "training and promoting the consciousness of Teaching Reform and the ability of Innovation".Professor Ji Ping, Vice President of Gansu Radio and Television University, and Professor Cao Jialin, Ph.
