延边地区朝鲜族初中生人格特质与父母教养方式的相关研究

【摘要】:人格的形成是家庭、学校和社会环境共同作用下的结果,在人的发展过程中,家庭的影响有着非常重要的作用,而父母教养方式是家庭环境的核心。因此,学生的良好人格特质的形成离不开积极的教养方式。不同民族有着自己不同文化背景,形成了不同的教养方式。本研究的目的在于探讨朝鲜族这个群体中,初中生的人格特点、父母教养方式以及二者之间的关系。本研究选取延边地区朝鲜族初中生和汉族初中生,初一、初二年级的580名作为被试,剔除无效问卷,实得482份问卷。以人格特质量表(EPQ)和父母教养方式量表(EMBU)作为调查工具,运用EXCEL和SPSS14.0统计软件进行数据分析处理,得出以下结论: 结论1:延边地区朝鲜族初中生人格特质出现高精神质现象,朝鲜族比汉族偏高,男生比女生偏高 结论2:延边地区朝鲜族初中生父母教养方式总体水平比较合理,但朝鲜族比汉族更应增加积极的教养方式,减少消极的教养方式,男生比女生更应该增加积极的教养方式,减少消极的教养方式。 结论3朝鲜族初中生人格特质发展水平与父母教养方式高度相关。精神质与父母亲情感温暖、理解呈显著负相关。与父亲惩罚严厉,父亲过分干涉,父亲拒绝否认,母亲过度保护以及母亲拒绝否认,母亲惩罚严厉与精神质有非常显著正相关。神经质与父母情感温暖、理解呈显著负相关。与父亲惩罚严厉,父亲拒绝否认,父亲过度保护,母亲过度干涉,母亲拒绝否认以及母亲惩罚严厉呈显著正相关。内外向与父亲惩罚严厉,父亲拒绝否认,母亲拒绝否认,母亲惩罚严厉呈负相关,与父母亲情感温暖理解和母亲过度干涉呈正相关。 根据以上结论,针对已有研究,本文对影响人格特质的父母教养方式进行了进一步分析。认为朝鲜族初中生父母与子女间缺乏交流,缺乏教育艺术性和家庭环境不够民族和谐等是影响朝鲜族初中生人格特质的主要方面。 要改善父母教养方式,促进学生健康人格的发展。本文提出了提高朝鲜族初中生良好人格特质的几点建议:增加与子女的交流,增进情感温暖理解,较少对子女的惩罚与干涉,以身作则,为孩子树立良好的榜样以及教育教养知识的普及等。
[Abstract]:The formation of personality is the result of the joint action of family, school and social environment. In the process of human development, the influence of family plays a very important role, and parental rearing is the core of family environment.Therefore, the formation of good personality characteristics of students can not be separated from positive parenting.Different nationalities have their own different cultural backgrounds and form different ways of upbringing.The purpose of this study is to explore the personality characteristics, parenting styles and the relationship between Korean nationality and junior high school students.In this study, 580 Korean junior high school students and Han junior high school students, junior high school students, junior high school students and junior middle school students in Yanbian area were selected as subjects. After eliminating invalid questionnaires, 482 questionnaires were obtained.With personality trait scale (EPQ) and Parental rearing style scale (EMBU) as the investigation tool, the data were analyzed and processed by EXCEL and SPSS14.0, and the following conclusions were drawn:Conclusion 1: the personality traits of Korean junior high school students in Yanbian area are higher than that of Han nationality, and that of boys is higher than that of girls. 2.Conclusion: the overall level of parental rearing of Korean junior high school students in Yanbian area is reasonable, but the Korean nationality should increase the positive rearing style and reduce the negative rearing style, and the boys should increase the positive rearing style more than the girls.Reduce negative parenting.Conclusion 3 the development level of personality traits of Korean junior high school students is highly correlated with parental rearing style.There was a significant negative correlation between mental quality and parents' emotional warmth and understanding.There is a significant positive correlation between the severe punishment of the mother and the mental quality of the father, the father's excessive interference, the father's refusal to deny, the mother's overprotection and the mother's refusal to deny.Neuroticism was negatively correlated with parents' emotional warmth and understanding.There is a significant positive correlation between father's punishment, father's refusal to deny, father's overprotection, mother's excessive interference, mother's refusal to deny and mother's severe punishment.Introversion and extroversion were closely related to father's punishment, father's refusal to deny, mother's refusal to deny, and mother's punishment was negatively correlated with parents' emotional warmth and understanding and mother's excessive interference.Based on the above conclusions, this paper makes a further analysis of parental rearing styles that affect personality traits.It is considered that the lack of communication between parents and their children, the lack of educational artistry and the lack of national harmony in the family environment are the main factors affecting the personality traits of Korean junior high school students.It is necessary to improve parental rearing style and promote the development of healthy personality of students.This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the good personality traits of Korean junior high school students: to increase communication with their children, to enhance their emotional warmth and understanding, to punish and interfere with their children less, and to set an example.Set a good example for children and the popularization of education and knowledge.
