听力障碍儿童言语训练的个案研究

【摘要】: 一直以来,聋人教育在教育领域中处于被忽略的地位,研究甚少。聋人发展中的许多问题和现象没有进行深入地探讨,尤其是语言发展问题上存在很多悬念。历史上关于“手口之争”一直相持不下,直到今天也没有一个定论。八十年代以来,在改革开放以后,人们对世界有了更多的了解。随着社会经济的发展,科技的进步,特别是听力诊断和助听器的应用,使越来越多的儿童被鉴别出来,年龄也越来越小;助听器的功能越来越强。这一切又极大的促进了人们观念上的改变。这些变化为聋儿语训打下了良好的物质基础和思想基础。 聋儿语训的目地是训练聋儿恢复听力,发展有声语言,并在此基础上回归主流社会。最近几年,人们对聋儿进行了许多训练偿试,取多了一定的成果。但是,在训练中,有许多问题没有得到解决,即有理念上的,也有方法上的。本研究在语言发展理论的基础上,在前人大量聋儿语训实践的基础上,从个案研究入手,以正常儿童语言发展为线索,根据聋儿语言现状,经过严密的设计,细致安排,对一名聋儿进行了言语训练。意在探讨聋儿语言产生发展规律,摸索语训方法。 在训练中,采取了个别化教学的方法,把听力训练、发声训练、功能训练、言语训练有机地结合起来,以听力训练为基础,以正常儿童语言获得进程为步骤,把语训内容和语言环境结合起来,经过5个月的训练,完成了预定的目标,达到了预设的效果。这名儿童经过测试,言语水平达到中国聋儿康复研究中心标准四级,可回到普通小学学习。 通过本研究,澄清了观念,了解了一定的聋儿语言发展规律,总结了聋儿语训的方法,可以更好地提高语训效果;也从一个独特的角度丰富了语言发展理论和实践。
[Abstract]:Deaf education has been neglected in the field of education. Many problems and phenomena in the development of deaf people have not been discussed in depth, especially there are many suspense in language development. History about the "hand mouth dispute" has been a stalemate, until today there is no conclusion. Since the 1980's, after the reform and opening up, people have more understanding of the world. With the development of society and economy, the progress of science and technology, especially the application of hearing diagnosis and hearing aid, more and more children are identified, and the function of hearing aid is becoming stronger and stronger. All of this greatly promoted the change of people's ideas. These changes have laid a good material and ideological foundation for deaf children's language training. The purpose of deaf children's language training is to train deaf children to recover hearing, develop sound language, and return to mainstream society on this basis. In recent years, deaf children have been given a lot of training and compensation, and some achievements have been obtained. However, in training, there are many problems that have not been solved, either conceptually or methodologically. This study is based on the theory of language development, on the basis of a large number of deaf children's language training practice, starting from the case study, taking the language development of normal children as a clue, according to the language situation of deaf children, through rigorous design and careful arrangement. A deaf child was trained in speech. The purpose of this paper is to explore the rules of language production and development of deaf children and explore the methods of language training. In the training, the method of individualized teaching is adopted, which combines listening training, vocal training, functional training and speech training organically. It is based on listening training and takes the process of language acquisition of normal children as the step. Combining the language training content with the language environment, after 5 months of training, the predetermined goal is achieved and the preset effect is achieved. The child was tested to reach level 4 of the China Center for the Rehabilitation of Deaf Children and to return to ordinary primary schools. Through this study, the author clarifies the concept, understands certain rules of language development of deaf children, summarizes the methods of language training for deaf children, and enriches the theory and practice of language development from a unique angle.
