我国农村智力回流的引致机制和对策研究

【摘要】：我国农村智力资源一直呈现向城市流动和转移的态势,其结果是使农村智力资源十分缺乏,从而严重制约了农村社会经济发展的进程。因此对农村智力回流问题进行研究具有现实意义。本文主要对农村智力回流的概念、引致机制及如何加快农村智力回流步伐等问题进行了初步的探讨。
[Abstract]:The rural intellectual resources in our country have been showing the situation of flowing and transferring to the city, which results in the very lack of the rural intellectual resources, which seriously restricts the progress of the rural social and economic development. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the problem of rural intelligence return. This paper mainly discusses the concept of rural intelligence reflux, its mechanism and how to speed up the pace of rural intelligence return.
