开放远程教育学生支持服务的理念与实践——中英开放远程教育学生支持服务的比较研究

【摘要】：研究开放远程教育学生支持服务的理念与实践,有助于探索开放远程教育质量保证的有效途径。基于开放远程教育学习者的特征,研究院校和教师的角色转变,确定支持服务的内涵是作者的初衷。由于开放远程教育支持服务常常被人误解为是一种硬件的提供和后勤的保证,因此本文拟根据国际开放远程教育的理论探索和英国开放大学的实践经验进行一点反思,旨在寻求一些我们可能借鉴的方面。
[Abstract]:To study the concept and practice of student support service in open distance education is helpful to explore the effective way to guarantee the quality of open distance education. Based on the characteristics of open distance education learners, it is the author's original intention to study the role change of colleges and teachers and to determine the connotation of support services. As the open distance education support service is often misunderstood as a guarantee of hardware supply and logistics, this paper intends to reflect on the theoretical exploration of international open distance education and the practical experience of the British Open University. The aim is to seek some aspects that we may learn from.
