中国流动、留守儿童的家庭教育指导服务现状与建议

【摘要】：受中国流动人口数量迅速增加的影响,流动儿童和留守儿童大量产生,他们的家庭教育面临着挑战。近年来,中央政府各部门出台了多项相关政策和指导文件,各地普遍开展了对这一群体的家庭教育指导服务,探索校外托管机构建设,深化"代理家长"模式,开展了家庭教育培训。但目前,对这一群体的家庭教育指导服务仍存在很多问题,如政策落实不到位,管理系统有待完善,指导服务机构阵地不健全,针对性、专业化水平不够等。文章提出了加强中国流动、留守儿童家庭教育指导服务的几点建议。
[Abstract]:Influenced by the rapid increase of floating population in China, migrant children and left-behind children have emerged in large numbers, and their family education is facing challenges. In recent years, various departments of the Central Government have issued a number of relevant policies and guidance documents, and various localities have generally carried out family education and guidance services for this group, explored the construction of outside trusteeship institutions, and deepened the "surrogate parent" model. Family education and training were carried out. However, at present, there are still many problems in the family education guidance service for this group, such as the implementation of the policy is not in place, the management system needs to be improved, the guidance service organization position is not perfect, the pertinence, the specialization level is not enough and so on. This paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the family education guidance service for left-behind children in China.
