终身教育视野下成人高等教育课程开发的人性化走向

【摘要】:成人高等教育课程开发是指把社会需求、成人学习需求转变为成人高等教育课程开发目标并付诸课程实施、课程管理、课程评价的动态调整过程。今天对成人高等教育课程开发的理解和认识,不能再仅仅局限于"学会生存"的视域内,而必须置于"学会发展"的终身教育视野中。以此来审视成人高等教育课程开发,人性化是其必然走向。具体表现为走向成"人",走向主体,走向多元。其中成"人"是目标,主体是思想,多元是手段。
[Abstract]:The curriculum development of adult higher education refers to the dynamic adjustment process of transforming social needs and adult learning needs into curriculum development objectives and put into practice curriculum management and curriculum evaluation in adult higher education. Today's understanding and understanding of the curriculum development of adult higher education can no longer be confined to the horizon of "learning to survive", but must be placed in the view of lifelong education of "learning to develop". To examine the curriculum development of adult higher education, humanization is its inevitable trend. The concrete manifestation is to become "human", to the main body, to pluralistic. One of the "people" is the goal, the main body is the thought, pluralism is the means.
