福建企业教育培训现状与创新研究

【摘要】: 随着全球化、信息化、社会化迅速的向纵深发展,地区之间地竞争越来越激烈,并聚焦在人力资源的竞争,而提高人力资源素质是提高区域竞争力的首要环节。在提高人力资源的工作中,提高企业人力资源素质对增强区域竞争力具有突出意义。本文在调研获得的事实和数据的基础上,,综合运用了系统科学、管理学、经济学以及投入产出分析理论与方法,结合福建人力资源开发及教育培训的实证研究,对福建省的企业教育培训的意义、现状、需求、内容、方式和效果等方面进行了研究,进而提出关于加强福建人力资源建设,特别是企业教育培训的对策,在企业教育培训的内容、方式和培训成果评估方面提出了自己的建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, information and socialization, the competition between regions is becoming more and more fierce, and the competition of human resources is focused on, and improving the quality of human resources is the most important link to improve the regional competitiveness. In the work of improving human resources, it is of great significance to improve the quality of enterprise human resources to enhance regional competitiveness. On the basis of the facts and data obtained from the investigation and research, this paper makes comprehensive use of the theories and methods of system science, management, economics and input-output analysis, combined with the empirical research on the development of human resources and education and training in Fujian. This paper studies the significance, current situation, needs, contents, methods and effects of enterprise education and training in Fujian Province, and then puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of human resources in Fujian, especially for enterprise education and training. In the enterprise education training content, the way and the training result appraisal aspect proposed own proposal.
