高校自考助学教师激励机制探讨

【摘要】:分析了自考生的特点及高校举办自考助学班对教师的特殊要求,指出通过制定合理的薪酬和满足高校教师自尊、荣誉、地位及强化教师进修等机制,激励教师的工作积极性,提高自考助学班的教学质量,为社会培养更多的人才。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics of self-taught candidates and the special requirements of self-taught classes held by colleges and universities for teachers, and points out that by formulating reasonable salaries and satisfying the self-esteem, honor, status of college teachers and strengthening teachers'study, teachers' work enthusiasm can be stimulated, the teaching quality of self-taught classes can be improved and more talents can be trained for the society.
