北京市智力落后学生营养问题的调查研究

【摘要】：通过对北京市878名在培智学校就读的智力落后学生营养问题的调查研究发现:(1)北京市智力落后学生体型偏瘦的为48%,偏胖及肥胖的达到29.9%,“双峰现象”明显。(2)青春后期及以后,智力落后学生偏胖及肥胖的比例高于40%,体重增加过快。(3)在不同程度或不同性别的智力落后学生中,体型偏瘦是排在第一位的营养问题,排在营养过剩位于第二位,但在不同的群体中有差异。(4)智力落后学生身体质量指数及维尔维克指数随年龄增长的趋势与普通学生基本一致;智力落后学生身体质量指数及维尔维克指数在各年龄段的均值并没有表现出男高于女的特点,与普通学生不同;在8-18岁间,智力落后学生各年龄段的身体质量指数及维尔维克指数的均值高于普通学生。
[Abstract]:The nutritional problems of 878 mentally retarded students in Beijing are investigated. The results show that: (1) the students with mental retardation in Beijing are 48 thin, 29.9 overweight and obese. The bimodal phenomenon was obvious. (2) in the later stage of youth and after, the proportion of students with mental retardation was higher than 40, and the weight increased too quickly. (3) among the students with different degrees or gender of mental retardation, Lean size is the number one nutritional problem, and the second place is overnourishment. But there are differences in different groups. (4) the growth trend of body mass index and Wilwick index of mentally retarded students with age is basically the same as that of ordinary students; The average body mass index and Wilwick index of students with mental retardation did not show the characteristics of male being higher than female in all ages, which were different from ordinary students. Between 8 and 18 years of age, the average body mass index and Wilwick index of students with mental retardation were higher than those of ordinary students.
