职业教育在国外农村劳动力转移培训的经验与启示——以文化教育类电视节目的发展为视角

【摘要】：职业教育在农村劳动力转移的作用越来越受到各国政府的关注与重视,在广播电视数字媒体日益发展和农村劳动力受教育水平不断提高的今天,如何利用在农村青年人中权威性较高的广播电视媒体,更好地宣传职业教育,提高职业教育在国民教育中的认知度,从而更好地促进农村劳动力的转移,成为我们当下必须认真考虑并深入研究的一个课题。本文主要探讨国外发达国家如何因地制宜建立完善的职业教育体系后,利用数字电视媒体宣传培养职业培训在国民中的认知度,以及这些成功经验对于我们的启示。
[Abstract]:The role of vocational education in the transfer of rural labor force has been paid more and more attention by the governments of various countries. Today, with the development of radio and television digital media and the continuous improvement of the education level of rural labor force, How to make use of the radio and television media with high authority among the young people in rural areas to better propagate vocational education and raise the awareness of vocational education in national education, so as to better promote the transfer of rural labor force, Now we must seriously consider and in-depth study of a subject. This paper mainly discusses how to set up a perfect vocational education system in foreign developed countries according to local conditions, and how to use digital TV media to propagate and cultivate the recognition of vocational training among the people, and the enlightenment of these successful experiences to us.
