试论国际化背景下职业资格认证制度的发展

【摘要】：文章简述了改革开放以来我国职业资格证书/认证制度的发展概况,分析了经济全球化、加入WTO对职业资格认证制度产生的影响,对比国外职业资格认证制度的新发展,提出国际化背景下我国职业资格认证制度必须在理顺自身定位的基础上,完善职业资格培训体系,并加强对外国职业资格证书的认证。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly describes the development of vocational qualification certificate / certification system in China since the reform and opening up, analyzes the impact of economic globalization and entry into WTO on the professional qualification certification system, and compares the new development of vocational qualification certification system in foreign countries. It is pointed out that under the background of internationalization, China's vocational qualification certification system must be perfected on the basis of straightening out its own position, and the system of vocational qualification training should be improved, and the certification of foreign vocational qualification certificates should be strengthened.
