城市小学生课后学习中家长角色的研究

【摘要】: 本文是关于小学生课后学习中家长角色现状的一个研究结果,重点分析了家长在小学生的课后学习中扮演的不同角色类型,及形成各种角色的原因,并就这一问题,给家长、教师和学校提出了建议。 本研究先采用了访谈的方法,与学生及其家长进行个别交流,在获取大量的感性材料后,将小学生课后学习中的家长角色归纳出几种类型。然后采用了问卷法,选取了南京市不同类型的小学发放问卷,分别对学生和家长展开调查,通过数据的收集、整理与分析,把握形成各种家长角色的原因,并提出相关建议。 通过研究发现,现在的家长看重孩子的全面发展,也看重孩子的学习成绩,愿意参与孩子的课后学习帮助孩子高质量地完成学习任务。但不同的家长在小学生的课后学习中扮演的角色各不相同。研究者划分的家长角色类型有“老师”、“家长”、“同学”、“朋友”、“管理者”、“旁观者”六类。数据表明,“朋友”角色所占比例最大,其次为“老师”,“旁观者”最少。家长不同的管教方式造成他们在小学生课后学习中角色的不同。 通过对家长角色形成原因的分析与思考,研究者分别给家长、教师和学校提出了建议。在小学生的课后学习中应提升孩子的学习力;家长在孩子的课后学习中扮演的角色应多元化;教师在与家长交流时,应注重对家长在课后学习中应扮演角色的指导;学校在开办的家长学校中开设专门课程,指导家长在孩子的课后学习扮演合适的角色。
[Abstract]:This paper is a research result on the status quo of parents' roles in primary school students' after-school learning. It focuses on the analysis of the different types of roles played by parents in primary school students' after-school learning, and the reasons for the formation of various roles. Teachers and schools made suggestions. This study uses the method of interview to communicate with students and their parents individually. After obtaining a large amount of perceptual materials, the roles of parents in primary school students' after-school study are classified into several types. Then it adopts the questionnaire method, selects different types of primary schools in Nanjing to issue questionnaires, carries out a survey on students and parents, through data collection, collation and analysis, grasps the reasons for forming various parental roles, and puts forward relevant suggestions. Through the research, it is found that parents value their children's all-round development and their children's academic achievement, and are willing to participate in their children's after-school study to help them complete their learning tasks with high quality. But different parents play different roles in pupils' after-school study. There are six types of parental roles: "teacher", "parent", "classmate", "friend", "manager" and "bystander". The data showed that the role of "friend" was the largest, followed by "teacher" and "bystander" the least. Parents' different ways of discipline lead to different roles in primary school students' after-school study. By analyzing and pondering the causes of the formation of parents' roles, the researcher gives suggestions to parents, teachers and schools respectively. In the after-school learning of primary school students, the learning ability of the children should be improved, the roles played by parents in the after-school learning should be diversified, the teachers should pay attention to the guidance of the role of the parents in after-school learning when communicating with the parents. Schools offer special courses in parent schools to guide parents to play the appropriate role in their children's after-school study.
