成人高校教学管理中存在的问题及对策

【摘要】：成人高校扩大办学规模,增加学生人数,给成人高校的教学管理工作带来许多新的难题。当前成人高校在教学管理上应强化教风、学风建设,强化管理育人。
[Abstract]:Adult colleges and universities expand the scale of running a school and increase the number of students, which brings many new problems to the teaching management of adult colleges and universities. At present, adult colleges and universities should strengthen the style of teaching, the construction of style of study, and the strengthening of management and education.
