山东半岛蓝色经济区乒乓球俱乐部运营模式研究

【摘要】:胡锦涛总书记在2009年提出了打造山东半岛蓝色经济区的口号,“十二五”规划开局之年将“山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划”作为一项国家发展战略,“十三五”规划对山东半岛蓝色经济区提出更高的要求,山东半岛蓝色经济区的经济发展对于山东省经济发展起着举足轻重的作用。随着社会的发展,人民运动意识的增强,体育越来越受到人们的青睐。乒乓球作为我国的国球,其群众基础深厚,而且乒乓球经济在体育经济中占据相当大的比重,然而,由于我国乒乓球俱乐部出现时间较短,俱乐部的运营和管理尚不成熟,存在诸多问题。本文在国内外关于乒乓球俱乐部的研究基础上,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法、个案分析法和实地考察法等,从营销模式与人力资源管理模式两方面对山东半岛蓝色经济区乒乓球俱乐部发展现状进行了研究;从运营模式及其特点对山东乐旋乒乓球俱乐部进行重点案例分析,得出乒乓球俱乐部运营的启示;对山东半岛蓝色经济区乒乓球俱乐部现有运营模式进行评价,对连锁运营模式实施的可行性进行分析;得出以下结论:(1)山东半岛蓝色经济区乒乓球俱乐部在营销模式方面:宣传方式、盈利方式单一,休闲配套设施不全,俱乐部员工人数较少且分工不明确。在人力资源管理模式方面:管理员学历素质整体偏低,教练员培训技能水平欠缺,消费者对俱乐部满意程度较低。(2)乐旋乒乓球俱乐部在营销模式方面:部门设置合理且分工明确,宣传方式及赢利点多样化。在人力资源管理方面:管理员学历及专业性要求高,教练员实行等级分类按级分酬制度,会员比赛交流频繁。(3)乐旋乒乓球俱乐部采用的连锁运营模式拓宽了其经营范围且缩短了开发周期,证明连锁运营模式在山东半岛蓝色经济区乒乓球道路上能够行的通。连锁运营能够提高俱乐部的经营水平和经济效益,提高俱乐部的活力,增加俱乐部的竞争力,实现俱乐部可持续发展及多方面的共赢。(4)只有重视品牌效应,强化人才培养,以服务为核心,严格把控加盟俱乐部,大胆创新,实施个性化经营,加强事故应变能力,考虑发展的长期动力、远景目标和可持续性,才能促进山东半岛蓝色经济区乒乓球俱乐部的运营。通过各俱乐部间联赛纵横,规划山东半岛蓝色经济区乒乓球俱乐部的市场秩序,连锁运营将依靠“带动”将整个山东半岛蓝色经济区乒乓球俱乐部事业推向一个顶峰。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward the slogan of creating the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula in 2009. In the opening year of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the "Development Plan for the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula" was adopted as a national development strategy. The 13th Five-Year Plan puts forward higher requirements for the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula, and the economic development of the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula plays an important role in the economic development of Shandong Province. With the development of society and the enhancement of people's sports consciousness, sports are more and more popular. As the national ball of our country, the mass foundation of table tennis is deep, and the economy of table tennis occupies a large proportion in sports economy. However, because of the short time of table tennis club in our country, the operation and management of table tennis club is not mature. There are many problems. Based on the research of table tennis club at home and abroad, this paper applies the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, interview, case analysis and field investigation, etc. This paper studies the present situation of table tennis club in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula from the aspects of marketing mode and human resource management mode, and analyzes the key cases of Shandong Le Xuan table tennis club from the operation mode and its characteristics. The enlightenment of table tennis club operation is obtained, the present operation mode of table tennis club in blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula is evaluated, and the feasibility of implementing chain operation mode is analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: the marketing mode of the table tennis club in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula is as follows: propaganda mode, profit way is single, leisure facilities are not complete, the number of staff is small and the division of labor is not clear. In the aspect of human resource management, the quality of administrator's education is on the low side, and the level of coaches' training skills is short. Consumers are less satisfied with the club. 2) the marketing mode of the club is reasonable and division of labor is clear, the way of propaganda and profit point are diversified. In the area of human resources management, the administrator has a high requirement of academic qualifications and professionalism, and coaches implement a system of graded and graded remuneration. The chain operation mode adopted by Lexuan Table Tennis Club widens its business scope and shortens the development period, which proves that the chain operation mode can be carried out on the road of table tennis in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula. Chain operation can improve the management level and economic benefit of the club, improve the vitality of the club, increase the competitiveness of the club, realize the sustainable development of the club and achieve the win-win situation in many aspects. Take the service as the core, strictly control to join the club, boldly innovate, carry out the individualized management, strengthen the contingency ability of the accident, consider the long-term motive force, the long-term goal and the sustainability of the development, In order to promote the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone table tennis club operation. In order to plan the market order of table tennis clubs in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, the chain operation will rely on "driving" to push the cause of table tennis clubs in the whole blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula to a peak.
