【摘要】：教师是思想者,"思"是教师的一种生存方式,也是其职业生活的重要内涵。从"思"的内涵与方式来看,教师之思可以分为日常之思、理性之思和诗性之思。日常之思会使教师逐渐远离其本真的存在,而异化为无专业性和无个性的"常人";理性之思彰显了教师作为职业生活主体的个体价值,通过理性之思,教师逐渐摆脱了肤浅与平庸,走向深刻与崇高;诗性之思是教师对其生活阅历、职业生活场景和未来希冀蓝图的关系与结构的融通式观照。诗性之思可以使教师的职业生活成为诗意的栖居。
[Abstract]:Teachers are thinkers, "thinking" is a way of life for teachers, and it is also an important connotation of their professional life. From the connotation and mode of "thinking", teachers' thoughts can be divided into daily thoughts. The thought of reason and the thought of poetry. The daily thought will make teachers gradually away from their original existence, and dissimilate themselves into "ordinary people" who have no specialty and no personality. The thought of reason reveals the individual value of teachers as the main body of professional life, and through the thinking of reason, Teachers gradually get rid of the superficial and mediocre, and go deep and lofty. The poetic thought is the teacher's life experience. The relationship between the scene of professional life and the blueprint for the future and the combination of structure. The poetic thinking can make the professional life of teachers become a poetical dwelling.
