小学中高年级学生感知的婚姻冲突与心理健康的关系研究

【摘要】:小学4-6年级阶段是一个人身心发展的重要时期,这一阶段的心理健康状况可以影响到其学习、身体健康乃至一生的发展。小学中高年级学生的发展受家庭、社会、学校等环境的影响,而家庭是小学中高年级学生成长的第一环境,是小学中高年级学生发展的基础和主要场所,,家庭环境对小学中高年级学生的发展有着不可估量的作用,是其他影响因素不能替代的。家庭中的父母关系是维护家庭和谐与确保家庭生活质量的基石,因而被认为是家庭关系是各个子系统中对小学中高年级学生影响最大的因素,父母双方的消极关系即“婚姻冲突”会对小学中高年级学生的发展产生巨大的负面作用。大量的研究数据表明,父母之间的冲突容易让小学中高年级学生变得敏感多疑、偏执、自卑、焦虑、敌意,容易使小学中高年级学生产生不安全感,进而影响其心理健康。当家庭中的夫妻双方发生冲突时,不同的人对冲突有不同的编码,其中受伤害最大的是小学中高年级学生。因此,本研究站在小学中高年级学生的立场,研究他们感知到的婚姻冲突与其心理健康的关系是必要的。 本研究采用父母冲突小学中高年级学生知觉量表(Children蕇Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale,CPIC)、心理健康诊断测验(MHT)分别对北京市一所市区小学以及邯郸市两所农村小学的四、五、六年级小学中高年级学生进行调查,考察小学高年级学生感知的婚姻冲突与其心理健康的关系。研究发现: 1小学中高年级学生在婚姻冲突中感知最多的是应对效能感、认知威胁和自我归因。 2婚姻冲突的性别差异、是否独生子女上的差异不显著。 3婚姻冲突的城乡差异、年级差异、父母受教育程度上的差异显著。 4小学中高年级学生的心理健康水平基本上处于良好的状态,但还是有一部分学生存在心理问题,其中存在问题最多的方面是学习焦虑。 5心理健康的是否独生子女上的差异、城乡差异不显著。 6心理健康的性别差异、父母受教育程度上的差异、年级差异显著。 7婚姻冲突多个维度与心理健康呈显著相关。 8婚姻冲突多个维度对心理健康有显著预测作用,主要表现在: 认知威胁、冲突内容、自我归因对小学中高年级学生的学习焦虑有显著预测作用; 冲突内容、冲突解决对小学中高年级学生的对人焦虑有显著预测作用; 认知威胁、自我归因对小学中高年级学生的自责倾向有显著预测作用; 认知威胁、冲突强度对小学中高年级学生的过敏倾向有显著预测作用; 认知威胁对小学中高年级学生的身体症状有显著的预测作用。
[Abstract]:Grade 4-6 is an important period for a person's physical and mental development. The state of mental health in this stage can affect his learning, physical health and even the development of his whole life. The influence of schools and other environments, and the family is the first environment for the growth of middle and high grade students in primary schools, is the basis and main place for the development of middle and high grade students in primary schools, and the family environment plays an inestimable role in the development of middle and high grade students in primary schools. The parental relationship in the family is the cornerstone of maintaining family harmony and ensuring the quality of family life, so it is considered that the family relationship is the most influential factor among the subsystems on the students in the middle and senior grade of primary school. The negative relationship between parents, that is, "marital conflict", can have a huge negative effect on the development of middle and senior primary school students. A large number of research data show that conflicts between parents tend to make middle and senior primary school students become paranoid and paranoid. Inferiority, anxiety and hostility can easily lead to insecurity in the upper grade of the primary school, which in turn affects their mental health. When a couple in the family conflicts, different people have different codes for the conflict. Therefore, it is necessary to study the relationship between the perceived marital conflict and their mental health. In this study, the Perception of Interparental Conflict scale and Mental Health Diagnostic Test (MHT) were used to measure the perception of middle and high grade students in middle and senior primary schools of parental conflict in Beijing and four and five of two rural primary schools in Handan city, respectively. To investigate the relationship between perceived marital conflict and mental health of senior primary school students in grade six. (1) coping efficacy, cognitive threat and self-attribution were the most common perception of marriage conflict among senior students in primary school. 2 the gender difference of marital conflict, whether the difference of only child is not significant. (3) there were significant differences in urban and rural differences, grade differences and parents' education levels in marital conflicts. (4) the mental health level of middle and high grade students in primary school is basically in a good state, but there are still some students with psychological problems, among which learning anxiety is the most serious problem. 5 there is no significant difference between urban and rural areas in whether mental health is the only child. 6 the gender difference of mental health, the difference of parents' education level and grade difference were significant. 7 multiple dimensions of marital conflict were significantly correlated with mental health. 8 multiple dimensions of marital conflict have significant predictive effects on mental health, mainly as follows:. Cognitive threat, conflict content and self-attribution have significant predictive effect on learning anxiety of middle and senior primary school students. Conflict content, conflict resolution has a significant predictive effect on the anxiety of students in the middle and senior grade of primary school. Cognitive threats and self-attribution have a significant predictive effect on the self-reproach tendency of middle and senior primary school students; Cognitive threat, conflict intensity has significant predictive effect on allergy tendency of middle and senior primary school students. Cognitive threats can significantly predict the physical symptoms of middle and senior primary school students.
