国际比较视野中的在职教师培训模式探索

【摘要】:20世纪80年代以后,在高等教育大众化背景下,发达国家教师在职培训已经从学历提升转向教育教学"实践性知识"的提升,而培训方式也随之从班级讲授转向交流互动,共同学习的研讨、工作坊方式。以"中小学教师国家级培训计划"为代表的我国中小学教师在职培训,也应该向通过学习共同体,提升"实践性知识"的方式转型。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, under the background of popularization of higher education, the in-service training of teachers in developed countries has changed from the upgrading of academic qualifications to the promotion of "practical knowledge" in education and teaching, and the training method has also changed from teaching in classes to interactive exchanges. The in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers represented by "National training Plan for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" should also be transformed into the way of promoting "practical knowledge" through learning community.
