西部L县民营教育培训机构发展战略研究

【摘要】:教育培训产业在近几年发展迅速,为提高我国的人才竞争力起到了重要的作用。民营教育培训机构作为教育培训市场的经营主体,为市场的繁荣和发展做出了重要贡献。民营教育培训行业的市场崛起,形成了现阶段我国教育事业发展中的新型力量。近些年,我国的民营教育培训市场持续繁荣,促使该行业的市场细分、品牌经营和连锁性竞争发展。对于西部L县民营教育机构的发展来说,要想在逐渐加剧的市场竞争中取得长足发展,就需要合理运用发展战略,在有效发挥本机构竞争优势的基础上,进一步得到市场巩固和规模扩张,是L县民营教育培训机构需要迫切考虑的问题。因此,通过用战略管理理论对L县民营教育培训机构进行战略分析研究,从市场的长远性及机构的长效机制考虑,对L县民营教育培训产业以后的持续健康发展,有着重大的现实意义和理论价值。 本文首先对民营教育培训机构的特征进行了描述,分析了民营教育培训市场的现状和发展前景,阐述了战略分析对民营教育培训机构竞争与发展的重要性,然后借鉴战略管理的理论和模型,结合西部L县民营教育培训机构的竞争与发展态势,通过运用PEST分析工具、波特五力模型分析和SWOT等特殊方式,解析了我国西部L县县级区域民营教育培训产业发展的内外部条件及周边社会环境对其发展的动态影响因素。现实存在的环境条件,既有利于促进该县民营教育培训产业做强、做大的利好因素,也有一些制约L县教育培训机构健康发展的不利因素。因此,L县民营教育培训机构该如何在激烈的市场竞争中,结合自身实际情况,扬长避短,建立系统的市场竞争策略,最终获得市场竞争优势,,成为机构自身需要认真梳理的战略问题。 笔者试图就文章中阐述的四种有代表性的典型战略,即针对个性化群体需求创造特色课程实施差异化战略、扩大教育培训规模和效益的集中化成长战略、多元化连锁经营战略和构建促进民营教育培训机构的快速发展的品牌战略,来作为L县当前民营教育培训机构面对市场竞争的战略需要。最后,笔者在阐述这些战略时,结合个人实践及根据L县培训机构的市场环境,以L县6S文化培训中心案例分析来进行实证研究。本文试图从企业实操角度为L县民营教育培训机构提供具有实践意义的机构竞争与发展的战略管理规划体系。
[Abstract]:The education and training industry has developed rapidly in recent years, which has played an important role in improving the competitiveness of talents in our country. It has made important contribution to the prosperity and development of the market. The rise of the private education and training industry has formed a new force in the development of education in our country at present. In recent years, the private education and training market of our country has continued to flourish. To promote the market segmentation, brand management and chain competition development of this industry. For the development of private educational institutions in L County of West China, if we want to make great progress in the increasingly fierce market competition, we need to use the development strategy reasonably. On the basis of giving full play to the competitive advantage of this institution, it is urgent for the private education and training institutions in L County to consider the issue of market consolidation and scale expansion. Through the strategic analysis and research on the private education and training institutions in L County by using the strategic management theory, considering the long-term market and the long-term mechanism of the institutions, the sustainable and healthy development of the private education and training industry in L County has been studied. It has great practical significance and theoretical value. This paper first describes the characteristics of private education and training institutions, analyzes the current situation and development prospects of private education and training market, and expounds the importance of strategic analysis to the competition and development of private education and training institutions. Then draw lessons from the theory and model of strategic management, combine with the competition and development situation of private education and training institutions in L county of western China, through the use of PEST analysis tools, Porter's five-force model analysis and SWOT and other special ways. This paper analyzes the internal and external conditions of the development of private education and training industry at county level in L County, western China, and the dynamic influence factors of the surrounding social environment on its development. The existing environmental conditions are beneficial to the strengthening of the private education and training industry in this county. There are also some unfavorable factors that restrict the healthy development of L County educational and training institutions. Therefore, how should private education and training institutions in L County take advantage of their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses in the fierce market competition and in combination with their own actual conditions? The establishment of systematic market competition strategy and the ultimate gain of market competitive advantage have become strategic problems that need to be carefully combed out by institutions themselves. In this paper, the author tries to introduce four typical strategies, that is, to create a differentiated strategy to meet the needs of individual groups, to expand the scale and efficiency of education and training, and to develop a centralized growth strategy. The diversified chain management strategy and the brand strategy to promote the rapid development of private education and training institutions are regarded as the strategic needs of the current private education and training institutions in L County to face the market competition. Finally, the author expounds these strategies. Combined with personal practice and according to the market environment of L County training institutions, Based on the case study of 6S Cultural training Center in L County, this paper attempts to provide a practical strategic management planning system for the competition and development of private education and training institutions in L County from the angle of enterprise practice.
