新课程实施中家长参与学校教育的思考

【摘要】:家长参与学校教育,把家庭教育与学校教育结合起来,是学校教育改革、提高教育质量、培养“四有”人才的需要。为此,本文对我国新课程背景下家长如何参与学校教育之问题进行了探讨性的思考与研究,其内容分为四大部分予以论述。 第一部分:我国家长参与学校教育的现状。主要内容是我国家长参与学校教育的历史发展和现状以及相关的政策法规。第二部分:国外家长参与学校教育的启示。主要分析借鉴了美国、澳大利亚和英国家长参与学校教育在法律法规、制度保障、机构设置、参与方式等方面的经验。第三部分:影响我国家长参与学校教育的因素。着重从历史文化背景、政策法规、组织机构以及教师、家长等方面分析了我国家长参与学校教育的抑制性原因。第四部分:我国家长参与学校教育的思考。粗浅地提出了要构建我国家长参与学校教育的法律法规体系,健全和完善我国家长参与学校教育的管理机制,转变教师和家长的教育理念,创设教师和家长平等对话的平台等意见,发挥家长在学校教育中的积极作用。
[Abstract]:Parents' participation in school education and the combination of family education and school education are the needs of the reform of school education, the improvement of educational quality and the cultivation of "four talents".Therefore, this paper discusses how parents participate in school education under the background of new curriculum in China, and its contents are divided into four parts.The first part: the current situation of parents' participation in school education.The main content is the historical development and current situation of parents' participation in school education and the relevant policies and regulations.The second part: the enlightenment of foreign parents participating in school education.This paper mainly analyzes the experience of parents participating in school education in the United States, Australia and Britain in the aspects of laws and regulations, system guarantee, institution setting, participation mode and so on.The third part: the factors that affect parents' participation in school education.This paper analyzes the restraining reasons of parents' participation in school education from the aspects of historical and cultural background, policies and regulations, organization, teachers, parents and so on.The fourth part: thinking about parents' participation in school education in our country.In this paper, the author puts forward that we should construct the system of laws and regulations for parents to participate in school education, perfect and perfect the management mechanism of parents' participation in school education, and change the educational concept of teachers and parents.Create a platform for equal dialogue between teachers and parents, and give play to the positive role of parents in school education.
