【摘要】:正学生有意过失,让班级扣分,让班主任难堪,是难以理喻的。但看似荒诞的行为中,却揭示了当前班集体建设中一个绕不过去的命题——在"以学生为本"的语境下,我们怎么有效进行集体主义教育。一、让学生认同班级集体在我们和学生的接触中,撇开一些成人化的言词背后,极大部分学生对班级的认同感来自班级对自己的帮助。如果学生感受到班级的温馨,获得班主任和同学的帮助,能够在班级中有所作为,他们就会认同班级,
[Abstract]:It is inexplicable that the students are deliberately negligent, so that the class points, so that the head teacher embarrassed, is inexplicable. But in the seemingly absurd behavior, it reveals an insurmountable proposition in the current class collective construction-how can we effectively carry out collectivism education in the context of "student-oriented"? First, let the students identify with the class collective in our contact with the students, put aside some adult words behind, most of the students identify with the class from the class to their own help.
