【摘要】:正进入21世纪以来,教育质量成为各国基础教育改革与发展的战略主题,美英等西方国家不仅增加教育投入,加大改革力度,并且加强了对学校办学质量的评估与监控。2003年,在"不让一个孩子掉队"法案的影响下,美国联邦教育部修订"国家蓝带优秀学校计划",在新计划中更加强调学生在州统一评价中的学业成绩,申报学校必须证明本校学生在州统考中有优异表现,并且表明学校能合理解释评价数据,基于评价数据改进课程与教学、促进教师专业成长和支持学生追求学业进步。2005年,英国教育标准局在2004年儿童法
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, the quality of education has become a strategic theme for the reform and development of basic education in various countries. Western countries, such as the United States and Britain, have not only increased their investment in education and strengthened their reform efforts, but also strengthened the evaluation and monitoring of the quality of running schools. Under the "No Child left behind" Act, the Federal Department of Education has revised the National Blue Belt Excellence School Program to place more emphasis on students' academic performance in uniform state assessments.
