中学教师社会支持与主观幸福感现状调查及相关研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, people begin to pay more and more attention to their living conditions and have higher demands on their psychological level. So far, the research of subjective well-being has been paid more and more attention. At present, more and more researchers use subjective well-being as an important indicator of mental health. Due to high work intensity and high pressure, many middle school teachers have bad psychological state and negative emotional experience. As an important other person, the mental health of middle school teachers not only affects themselves, but also affects the physical and mental health of middle school students and even the development of their whole life. Therefore, it is necessary to study the subjective well-being of middle school teachers and promote their mental health. Related studies show that social support is an important factor affecting teachers' subjective well-being, and social support has positive significance to improve teachers' subjective well-being. In this study, 302 middle school teachers in Huhu City were selected as the research objects. The present situation of subjective well-being and social support of middle school teachers was investigated by questionnaire method and interview method, and the relationship between them was discussed in depth, from the angle of social support. To improve the well-being of teachers to provide feasible advice. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the overall subjective well-being of middle school teachers in the city is at the middle level. (2) the subjective well-being of middle school teachers has significant differences in sex, age, marriage and wage level. (3) the score of social support of middle school teachers in Huzhou is in the middle level. (4) there are significant differences in the age, marriage and wage variables of middle school teachers' social support. (5) the subjective well-being of middle school teachers was significantly correlated with social support, and the correlation coefficient between life satisfaction and total score of social support was 0.519, which reached a very significant level (P0.001). (6) through regression analysis, the results show that the dimensions of social support have a good predictive effect on the dimensions of subjective well-being of middle school teachers. Based on the conclusions of the study, some relevant suggestions are put forward: (1) to provide a strong social support system for teachers (2) to practice the policy of democratizing the management system; (3) to abide by professional ethics and realize self Value (4) improvement of one's ability to resist setbacks and successful completion of work (5) establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students
