【摘要】：正为进一步保证和提高刊物质量,科学规划审稿流程,缩短审稿周期,本刊自2011年4月起采用网上在线投稿(http://aver.nwnu.edu.cn)。作者在投稿平台上,先进行注册后即可投稿,投稿后可关注、查看稿件的处理进展情况。
