高校体育教师幸福感与成就动机相关研究

【摘要】:随着近几年我国竞技体育在国际上取得的巨大成绩,大众体育建设也取得快速发展,体育的国内外地位取得巨大提高,体育相关产业发展速度显著。高校体育教师作为培养我国优秀体育科研人才的重要师资力量因此备受关注。体育教师的心理特点决定着培养对象心理状况的不同。我国目前对高校体育教师的研究虽涉及广泛,但是对于高校体育教师自身心理发展特点的研究却不够全面。本文重点以高校体育教师例,通过研究幸福感与成就动机之间的关系,探讨如何提高体育教师幸福感,并更有效的促进工作的开展。同时针对高校体育教师心理发展特点提出部分意见,为学者进行进一步研究提供一定的理论基础。 本研究幸福感采用苗元江博士论文《心理学视野下的幸福》附录的综合幸福问卷,从中截取主观幸福感问卷与自述幸福感部分;成就动机采用中文修订版由叶敏仁修订的《成就动机问卷》为测量工具,对河南省高校体育教师轰就动机和幸福感进行测量。其结果如下: (1)高校体育教师幸福感与成就动机呈显著性正相关。 (2)高校体育教师整体幸福感水平较高;高校体育教师总体的成就动机不高,但是追求成功动机高与避免失败动机。 (3)女性相较于男性正性情感较高,说明工作中的女性更能较多的喜悦情感。 (4)在高校体育教师与非体育教师的对比中没有显著性差异;但是,非体育教师的整体幸福感程度高于体育教师。
[Abstract]:With the great achievements of competitive sports in the world in recent years, the construction of mass sports has also made rapid development, the status of sports at home and abroad has been greatly improved, and the speed of development of sports related industries has been remarkable. Physical education teachers in colleges and universities, as an important teacher to train outstanding sports scientific research talents in our country, have attracted much attention. The psychological characteristics of PE teachers determine the different psychological status of the training objects. Although the research on PE teachers in colleges and universities in China is extensive, the research on the psychological development characteristics of PE teachers in colleges and universities is not comprehensive enough. This paper focuses on the physical education teachers in colleges and universities, through the study of the relationship between well-being and achievement motivation, discusses how to improve the well-being of physical education teachers, and more effectively promote the development of work. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward in view of the characteristics of psychological development of PE teachers in colleges and universities, which provide a theoretical basis for further research. This study adopts the comprehensive happiness questionnaire in the appendix of Miao Yuanjiang's doctoral thesis "Happiness in Psychology", from which the subjective well-being questionnaire and the self-described well-being part are selected. The achievement motivation questionnaire revised by Ye Minren was used to measure the motivation and well-being of college PE teachers in Henan province. The results are as follows: (1) Well-being of college PE teachers is positively correlated with achievement motivation. (2) the overall level of happiness of college PE teachers is high, the overall achievement motivation of college PE teachers is not high, but the motivation to pursue success and avoid failure is high. (3) the positive emotion of female is higher than that of male, which indicates that the female in the work can have more happy emotion. (4) there was no significant difference between PE teachers and non-PE teachers, but the overall well-being of non-PE teachers was higher than that of PE teachers.
