教师课程执行力的构成要素与提升路径

【摘要】:课程实施要取得好的效果,教师课程执行力是关键。教师课程执行力的构成,包括教师的教育价值观念、教师的实践性知识、教师情绪智力等要素。教师叙事、自我引领和实践反思是提升教师课程执行力的路径。
[Abstract]:To achieve good results in curriculum implementation, the teacher's executive ability of curriculum is the key. The composition of teachers' curriculum executive power includes teachers' educational values, teachers' practical knowledge, teachers' emotional intelligence and so on. Teachers' narration, self-guidance and practical reflection are the ways to improve teachers' curriculum execution.
