大力深化考试评价制度改革

【摘要】：正尽管我们在实施素质教育方面作出了巨大的努力,但今天的基础教育在许多地方仍然是"应试"的天下。许多地方育人基本上是以考试为本,看人基本是以分数为本,用人基本上是以文凭为本。这三者都与"以人为本"的理念相去甚远。其原因主要在于现行的考试评价制度没有太大的改变。
