教师的知识观对课堂教学影响的个案研究

【摘要】:教师的知识观是教师对知识的基本看法,影响着教师的课堂教学。基础教育新课程改革倡导以新的观点看待知识问题。以一位小学教师为个案,通过访谈与课堂观察的方式,就其知识观对课堂教学的影响进行研究与分析。研究表明,教师的知识观在很大程度上影响着教师的教学行为,新的知识观转化为教师的教学行为,需要教师的理解与体认,同时也需要一个良好的外部环境。
[Abstract]:Teachers' view of knowledge is the basic view of knowledge, which affects teachers' classroom teaching. The new curriculum reform of basic education advocates to view knowledge from a new point of view. Taking a primary school teacher as an example, through the way of interview and classroom observation, this paper studies and analyzes the influence of a teacher's view of knowledge on classroom teaching. The research shows that teachers' view of knowledge influences teachers' teaching behavior to a great extent, and the new view of knowledge is transformed into teachers' teaching behavior, which requires teachers' understanding and recognition, and also needs a good external environment.
